The Choice Is YoursMaybe you wake up every morning and make yourself better doing PT. Maybe you don't. Maybe you lazily walk in and out of the gym feeling content that you did any sort of workout at all. And maybe, just maybe, you actually walk into the gym and have to crawl out because you pushed yourself to your limits. The choice is yours people.
