Transformation Challenge Day Today is another Tuesday, which means another Challenge Day and a new day to work towards that coveted Transformation Tuesday pic you've been wanting to post. I can tell you this- sitting on your ass reading this then closing it out because you're too lazy to do pt won't help you. But by all means, go ahead and close this out, because no one will know, and "you don't need this shit". Yeah, good one. Today's Challenge Day brings on a new way to do 60/120's, a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that is great at burning fat by itself. You would Sprint for 1 minute (60 seconds) followed by 2 minutes (120 seconds) of walking. For today's 60/120's, you will start with the 1 minute sprint, followed by one of the following, in order:2 Minute Plank2 Minute walking lunges2 minute Wall SitSo, it should look like this: Sprint 1 minute, Plank 2 minutes, Sprint 1 minute, Walking Lunges 2 minutes, Sprint 1 minute, Wall Sit 2 minutes. THIS IS ONE CIRCUIT - perform 5 total circuits. If you do it properly it should take 45 minutes!
