It's 1am. The bar is getting ready to close. The bartender is already cleaning the place up. It's just you and this girl you've been feeding drinks to for 3 hours now. Sure, it's the closing time deal but you've put your time in on this one and it's time to close it.What happens next? Did her best friend show up to tell you that your girl and her rode together so they have to leave together? Did she tell you she has an early meeting to get to so she has to go but thanks for the drinks? Our bar hero here has heard those before and he was not going to be deterred. Not by something so simple.
How do we know? Because our hero here was right in the middle of an armed robbery and still, still he keeps working on closing the deal. He didn't care if it was $4 you call it night. $30 bucks is $30 bucks and no amount of armed felons are going to get in the way of taking this girl home. This robbery occurred at the Tap Inn Bar and Casino in Billings, Montana and apparently in Montana, armed robbery is not something anyone gets all that upset about. Check out this video to see what I mean.
Armed Robbery Does Not Impact Dude Closing the Deal
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ky03ZwRJyIQ&feature=youtu.beWhen I first saw this video, I was all set for the guy to be the kind of hero that pulls out his concealed carry weapon to save the day but no. He was not that kind of hero this night. He may have not been the kind of hero we need, but he is definitely the hero we deserve. No arrests have been made in this robbery, and we are told that our hero didn't call his girl the next day either. Crime doesn't pay for anyone.
