Over the weekend the announcement was made that U.S. President Donald Trump would meet with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un no later than May. Now that the initial fervor has died down and the screaming matches have come to somewhat of a halt. We'd like to offer our two cents on the measure. As always we strive to be eternal pragmatists, looking at all outcomes and realizing that any of those or none of those could come true. We can only speculate on what is to come from this meeting, but we have high hopes, not because of who either man is, but because the alternative is extremely costly in terms of human life. For the first time in the history of both nations, a sitting U.S. President will meet with the leader of the "Hermit Kingdom".
