WWII Corsair Skims Earth In INSANELY Low Flyby

The Corsair was designed to be a fighter/bomber during WWII and is one of the most popular planes to come out of the era. These fans probably had to change their underwear after this flyby...but at least they got their money's worth! The plane couldn't have been more that 20 feet off the ground, and while that might not seem that low, for a plane hauling ass that's very low.

As you can see in the picture above, the Corsair is low and hauling ass down the air strip, giving these fans one hell of a show! Check out the video below:

Though originally designed for the Navy as carrier-based fighting aircraft, the Vought F4U Corsairs did not meet the many specifications required for deck landings. With landing gear, propeller clearance and pitch problems, the Corsair was not suited for aircraft carriers until later modifications, however, they still managed to be one of the most significant fighters and fighter-bombers of World War II.
