Delta Airlines Kicks Family Off Flight

Here we have another shining example of the gross dumbassery that is prevalent in the airline industry courtesy of Delta.Delta Airlines is trying to out stupid United, fresh on the heels of United Airlines mishandling and OVERhandling of a passenger they wanted to leave, but he refused to and got busted in the mouth for it. We see that Delta Airlines has not learned anything, or knows much of anything about laws, regulations or customer service.In this clip, we see a father of two small children trying to explain to anyone that will listen that he has paid for a seat for his infant son so that he can sit in his car seat and sleep on the red eye flight. He is first threatened with incarceration in a federal jail and his children will be taken by the Department of Children and Family Services if they don’t leave the plain. While obviously frustrated, but still calm the man explains that he has paid for this seat and there is no one else that is being prevented from riding on the plane as a result.Enter nit-wit number 2 that tells the man that his son cannot be on the plane, at all. That somehow because the child is under the age of two that he can’t fly. To which the man asks, “then how did we get here on a Delta flight?”The hope here is that these videos will be cause for some wholesale changes in the industry. The airlines employ people that don’t know the regulations or the laws but profess to be judge, jury and executioner on an airplane. There is an arbitrary application of the “rules” on airplanes and in airports. What is acceptable at O’Hare in Chicago is not acceptable in Austin, Texas.Figure it out and get it right airline industry. You all look like a bunch of boobs right now.
