State Rep Wants Discounted Concealed Carry Fee for vets

It's should come as no surprise that we here at Grunt Style are huge supporters of the 2nd Amendment and our right to Concealed Carry. So when we found out that Illinois State Representative Avery Bourne (R-Raymond) is sponsoring legislation for discounted Concealed Carry Licenses, it was something we had to talk about.

From Concealed Nation:

Legislation introduced in Illinois would provide a half-off discount for veterans when applying for their state concealed carry permit. The cost for residents, currently $150, would be knocked down to $75 for veterans.

The way we see it, $75 off is $75 more we can spend at the range on ammo. Would you like to see your state offer discounts on Concealed Carry License fees? Let us know what you think in the comments below and on our social media pages!
