Keep Pushing ForwardOur Challenge Days are meant to be more intense on purpose. They are your opportunity to truly push yourself to your limits, test yourself, and see yourself rise to new levels of greatness. Today's is no different, and should you complete the task, will arise feeling better than you did when you woke up this morning. Keep pushing forward and never let yourself be less than you can be. Let's see you do 300 Jumping Jacks, 3-count style. In the Army we called these Side-Straddle Hops. Try not to take any breaks but if need be only take them every 100th. Go!
