An Instagram account supposedly run by Iraqi Special Operations Forces (@iraqiswat) is asking their followers to decide the fate of their ISIS captives, you can vote whether to have them executed, or to have them set free. The group promises to make good on the voting and has even posted an aftermath photo saying "Thanks for the vote" (see photos below). As you can see, the two above photos are clearly the same individual who appears to be dead, and those photos were posted only hours apart.
