We're introduced to the team responsible for all of the fun that happens at each Grunt Fest. Since Grunt Fest 1, the team has grown and really stepped up their game. Stephanie Pavlakis, the Vice President of Events and Sponsorships has a great team of hard-charging veterans that she has the utmost faith in. We've talked about this before when it comes to Grunt Style's idea of leadership. Equip your team, get out of the way and inspect the results. Stephanie is no different and her team is extremely successful because of that. The entire events team is extremely motivated and talented and it shows in their pursuit to make Grunt Fest a success. Director of Events, Justin Orick explains how we promote and why we do the Grunt Fest events and details the planning involved with pulling off these epic parties. With a little direction from CMO Mike Birt, the team fixes a minor glitch affecting the sales of Grunt Fest 6 tickets.

Heading back to San Antonio, we catch back up with CEO Dan Alarik on the property that Grunt Style just purchased. It's a range day and we've invited one of our sponsored shooters from the Glock Team out to have some fun and give us some tips on improving our marksmanship.
