Operation Community: How Does Any of It Work?

This is a hard one! For one, you can probably be told ten thousand different ways how I.W. is changing lives for the better and doing what the V.A. is failing to do: saving our warfighters from committing suicide. As it turns out, the secret sauce is laughter and community! But like losing your virginity, the only authentic way to know “is to know.” You gotta experience it! A Community hero is an individual or group who unselfishly contributes to a greater good through their actions, determination, and influence to make a difference in their community and country. These are hard-chargers, life-changers, coaches and mentors, healers and volunteers who wake up every day and choose to make the world a better place.
