Oh yeah, we are calling these BITCHes out for sure. Massachusetts State legislature is literally filing to have the word "BITCH" become illegal for the entire state. Now, we get it, cussing isn't always everyone's cup of tea, but this shit is getting fucking ridiculous and we will say it again, Massachusetts is being a little BITCH about it. Or at least their state representatives are.For starters, it covers the use of the word in any kind of demeaning manner. Here is the real kicker- the "case" can be filed by ANYONE who may have OVERHEARD the usage of the word BITCH. The fine is $150-$200 or six months in jail. Ultimately, by calling someone a BITCH, you can literally serve the same penalty as someone who conducted indecent exposure.Massachusetts' general state law Part IV, Title 1, Chapter 272, Section 53 already states:
"Common night walkers, common street walkers, both male and female, persons who with offensive and disorderly acts or language accost or annoy another person, lewd, wanton and lascivious persons in speech or behavior, keepers of noisy and disorderly houses, and persons guilty of indecent exposure shall be punished by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than 6 months, or by a fine of not more than $200, or by both such fine and imprisonment."
It continues, and you can read the whole thing here. Now imagine two veterans laughing and joking when the one calls his buddy a "little BITCH" for not taking a shot of whiskey. A scenario most of us have found ourselves in. Then, someone nearby takes offense because of the word BITCH and calls the cops. Now, those two are getting hit with 'drunk and disorderly' and the repercussions that go with. (And, yes, we know the situation is probably meant for slightly more obscene instances, but still. This could happen, especially in today's BITCH ass society.)Even the 'devil's advocate' side of us is saying this is getting BITCHy. Cussing has been around for generations and, while the lingo has changed for the worse, calling someone a BITCH in a derogatory manner can be traced all the way back to the 15th century. Our society is becoming so sensitive to everything that soon, people will be afraid of interacting with anyone in public whatsoever. We could go as far as saying this is an act fear mongering. After all, this is 'arousing public fear' over the issue of being able to use the word BITCH in public; thus, the very definition of fear mongering. First chinese flags in their public center, now this BITCH ass shit- makes us glad we have never hung out in Boston. And we probably never will thanks to their ridiculous state representative BITCHes.Editor's note- Yes, we wrote this to say the word BITCH as many times as possible. Sorry, not sorry. Count- 14 BITCHes. Well, shit, 15.
