The benefits of exercise go far beyond the physical. Don't get us wrong, looking good is great. Add in the benefit of brain and heart health and there aren't many reasons to not work out.There is a saying that gained some popularity over the last couple of years that "Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels." While that's a really dumb saying, because we can think of tons of things that taste better than being fit feels (beer, cinnamon rolls, Chick-Fil-A, Nutella and 'Merica Bourbon, you get the point). However, if we modify it a little bit to say that "Nothing tastes better than feeling good about yourself" because of all the mental benefits of working out, then it takes on a little bit better meaning (you still won't be able to pry our 'Merica Bourbon away from us).Check out the video to see all the ways exercise can help you live a more fulfilled life.Read more fitness articles here.
