Move It To Lose ItStart with a 1 minute warm up of Jumping Jacks. Then perform the following circuit:25 Wide Arm Push-Ups25 V-Ups25 Straight Leg Dead Lifts (with some weight preferred but not required)25 Side Lunges PER SIDEPerform this circuit 5 times, with no more that 30 seconds of rest between circuits. Afterwards perform a cool down consisting of 30 seconds of Jumping Jacks.
