Ok, we're a little bit jealous because one time, we tried to wear silkies and shower shoes (flip-flops) in a gunfight and our platoon commander totally nixed that idea, however cool guy Kris Paronto, threw lead down range in some cargo shorts. Despite us not getting to rock fashionable bottoms in our gunfights, we're happy someone got to totally wreck shop on some Ansar Al-Sharia dudes who thought it'd be a good idea to pick a fight with Americans. They should have known better. When one of us puts on the cargo shorts, its time for killing bad guys.The night of September 11th, 2012 United States government facilities in Benghazi, Libya came under intense attack by large groups of extremist militias and rioters. Not one to stand by and do nothing, four contractors from the CIA annex, geared up with the intent to rescue and safeguard the ambassador. Kris Paronto geared up, we're not quite sure if it's just what he was wearing at the time and didn't have the time to change, but cargo shorts where the "pants" of choice for the former Army Ranger.At roughly ten o'clock in the evening local time, Paronto and the other members of the CIA's Global Response Staff made their way to the compound to aid their fellow Americans. A large gun battle ensued as they clashed with forces sympathetic to Ansar Al-Sharia.
