He knew and executed these principles from a young age. Aside from that Gary was a pretty normal average kid. He didn't have mutant superpowers of observation or persuasion. He just had the gift of grinding and working hard.As Gary grew up, his work ethic never disappeared. The internet boom allowed Gary to capitalize on his work ethic in an unprecedented way, transforming his dad's company almost overnight. Everyone wants something for nothing nowadays. They forget what made the American Dream possible all those years ago. Work. Hard work, grinding the wee hours, being a workaholic so that one day, you could live life like nobody else did.
Gary Vaynerchuk is a fantastic example of the facts of life. The facts are, that with a little bit of know-how and a whole lot of hard work you too can achieve success in this country.
