Baghdadi: Trying to Curb the Fall of ISIS

It's no secret that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi released a new video. The HMFIC of ISIS has been absent most media for quite some time not seen since he spoke at the al-Nuri Mosque in Mosul, Iraq...wonder why? Possibly all the drone strikes looking for him...anyways. Amid the fall of the last physical ISIS stronghold, the leader of ISIS has a job to do.Make sure his organization, though defeated and desperate, doesn't completely collapse. That's why he made a video for the first time in something like...five years. While many people are saying that this will spark a resurgence of ISIS and their ideology...we kind of think it looks more like a snake writhing in its death. Wildly lashing out hoping for one last chance to do irreparable harm to those who caused its demise.This isn't to say that the virtual and communal sense of ISIS isn't a threat. We'd be dumb to blatantly ignore them in hopes that they'll just continue to die off and we can go on about our merry way. No, as you do with a snake who is still writhing after you've killed it, you remain, vigilant, until it is truly dead. Or you continue to hammer, from a safe distance until you ensure that it is dead.What is it we always say? If it's worth shooting once, it's worth shooting again and again until it stops moving. Ammo is cheap, lives are expensive. Baghdadi is desperate because he's almost lost everything. He's encouraging the lone wolf attacks because that is truly all he has left. His actual physical army, his militants are taking the forever sleep or have been dispersed to the winds with little if any leadership.Homeboy is desperate, and desperate terrorists are dangerous terrorists. Keep vigilant, because as with a wild animal, it is most dangerous right before it is dead. Let's make sure we truly finish his ideology and wipe his followers off the face of the Earth and actually get a real victory.
