Well...it's about damn time. We've beaten this dead horse so much that it's great great great great grandhorses will feel it. But we're glad that Cmdr. Chris Czaplak will be gone from the case. Why? As we've stated numerous times, the unbiased truth will never get its day because of everything this man has done.Should he be disbarred? In our probably ignorant opinion, yes. Why? Well, not so much that it has to do with Eddie's case, so much as it has to do with the fact that now, Cmdr. Czaplak will forever have the stench of someone who doesn't care about justice, he just cares about winning. If he asked Jack Nicholson for the truth, Jack would reply that Cmdr. Czaplak doesn't want the truth rather than can't handle the truth.Maybe he doesn't want the truth because he can't handle the truth. Either way, wherever Cmdr. Chris Czaplak goes, he'll have the stench of this ethics violation following him. In fact we kind of hope it follows him for a long time."But what about his career?"What about the countless other careers this man may have ruined because he wasn't caught? If you do stupid shit like spy on defense teams, you've earned every bit of bad publicity you get. An absolute disgrace to the profession. As far as Eddie goes, this will probably cause a delay in the trial, if the judge decides to even proceed with a trial as he is still deliberating on if the case should be thrown out. Whether or not you think Eddie is guilty, one thing we can all be certain of, he should get a fair trial, and this thing hasn't been fair or unbiased from the get-go. It's been a sham, a mockery, a kangaroo court."Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are." - Benjamin Franklin
