This is not another New Year's resolution feel good article. This isn't one of the tens of thousands of "New Year, New me" posts. We know that people get tired of hearing that and seeing people commit and then lose steam two weeks into the New Year. It gets old. We're also not going to be the sanctimonious people telling you that "If you wanted to change you'd be doing it already." We get it super motivated guy/girl/Apache attack helicopter, you're already doing whatever blah blah blah. We're not going to tell you how to live your life. Especially after drunkenly fighting that raccoon on New Year's Eve (he had it coming though, little jerk). However, what we will do is encourage you where you're at.Are you wanting to make a change for the better in your life? Awesome! Go get it. Be encouraged that there are people out there that want you to succeed. Whatever the task may be, don't be overwhelmed by the monstrous size of it. Just take the year one day at a time. If you stumble or mess up, that's ok, you can get back on track the next day. Nobody is perfect. Missed the gym because of a hectic workday? That's cool, you have 363 days left to make it up and you can make it up.

not another new year's resolution

Are you already kicking ass at life and growing as a person? Awesome keep on kicking ass. You've developed the habit and now it's on autopilot. Being better today than you were yesterday is something you automatically strive to do now. Maybe this year you take the time to take one of the folks from the previous paragraph and inspire them to reach their goals. Maybe you branch out into something completely new that you're not good at. Who knows?

not another new year's resolution

While the world is filled with cliche statements like "New Year, new me" or "If you wanted to change you'd already be doing it" there is some room in the middle for people to grow and to be better. We encourage you wherever you fall on that spectrum that the years of 2018 and 2019 (so on and so on...) are years in which you grow. It's not another New Year's resolution, it's just all of us here at Grunt Style wishing all of you out there have the best future that you can. Happy 2018!
