The Heritage Flag Company visits Grunt Style
On Friday 4 September, 2015 Grunt Style hosted special guests Heath Trigg from Southern Pine Woodworking in North Carolina as well as a Female Soldier from Walter Reed known as "Rockstar". Two years after a parachute malfunction during training, she is still on her road to recovery. The paths of these two would cross while Heath and his crew were delivering two flags to her, and after hearing her story, a bond formed. The story of these handmade flags started just a few years ago. After working with three Veterans while building the bar at Southern Pines Brewery, Heath made his first flag in September 2014 as a gift for the owners. The Heritage Flag Company has grown from there with Heath and his team making one of a kind flags and showing the support for our Military and Country that is not always seen today.[caption id="attachment_1194" align="aligncenter" width="300"]

The first for her Neurosurgoen, The second for The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs), and the last for Grunt Style. The flag presentation as well as the story behind it can be seen in the video below. To see The Heritage Flag Companies story and to see some of the work they do, check out TheHeritageFlag.com and stay tuned for a special collaboration shirt designed during the visit.[mwi-cat-listing cat="94" ppp="4" cols="4" desc="false" type="view" btn_color="black" ]
