The truth of the modern world is that many people want handouts. Free this, free that, everywhere we look it seems that somebody wants something for nothing. However, that's not the case with Accurate Personnel LLC and their new partnership with the Illinois Hires Heroes Consortium (IHHC). Why is this the case? Because as veterans we know that veterans don't want handouts, they want hand-ups. They'd rather earn their way in this world than be given something for nothing. Accurate Personnel gives them the opportunity to do just that! Earn there way in this world just as they earned their way in the military. When people work for something when their blood, sweat, and tears are part of their success, it holds a deeper meaning than charity or handouts. That's not to say charity and handouts are bad, but rather, we seek to encourage those who are able, to show the world what they are made of, show the world what strength lies deep within each veteran, show them that like we said several weeks ago, we're not broken but rather we are indomitable and a force to be reckoned with.

Accurate Personnel

Through the partnership with the IHHC, Accurate Personnel is another company like Grunt Style, that recognizes the value of putting men and women who've served with distinction back into the workforce. As they give veterans a helping hand up, the veterans prove the opportunity hasn't been wasted, taking what they've been given and making it into something more. Something that everyone involved, from the veteran, Accurate Personnel, and any others involved can be proud of.Accurate Personnel has made the commitment to being a beacon of encouragement and empowerment for veterans entering the workforce. They know the best way you can help a veteran transition, is by giving that veteran another worthy mission, a job, a career they can be proud of.
