Challenge YourselfFor those unaware, every so often we throw in a Challenge Day, generally consisting of a single, rather hard task and ask you to repeat it multiple times in order to better yourself. In order to reach new heights, you have to push yourself through the point of failure and earn it. Today, you will perform 200 "Little Man In The Woods". Essentially, begin by squatting so that your thighs are parallel to the ground. Once at this point. perform a Jumping Jack.
