What Day Is It??HUMP DAYYYYY!!!!That's right everyone, you know damn well what day it is! Over the past few weeks I've had you guys and gals heading out for Ruck Marches up to 5-6 miles at this point. How's that been working? Keep it up this week by pushing yourself past your previous record of miles and weight in your packs. Remember, if you don't use it, you lose it...your muscles that is! Happy rucking!
