As some of you have been following my daily WODs over the past few weeks, there is no doubt that you have been seeing improvements in yourself, both physically and, perhaps, mentally. Continue to push yourself this week and never stop reaching for new heights. Perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest in between.
