How bad do you want it?It seems like every day you see more and more overweight individuals in our world. This is sad to me. Especially being a Personal Trainer, it hurts to see our world getting fatter knowing the insane amount of info you can find online in reference to diet and exercise. From time to time I will receive a complement on my physique and/or progress I have made over the years, and the comment is often followed up by "I wish I could do what you're doing". Really, honestly people, you CAN do what I'm doing. It really is not hard, and only requires a little bit of research time and dedication. I often respond with "Well, how bad do you want it?" Responses vary from mediocre motivation to get started to just straight piss poor excuses. My body is not perfect, I'll be the first to admit it. But I'll also be the first to admit that I work my ass off and I want it BAD. So, how bad do you want it?25 High Knees25 Isometric Wipers25 Dead Bugs25 Supermansperform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest in between. If you see an exercise you don't know, look it up! No one is going to do the hard work for you. You have to give it everything you've got. Any questions/comments please comment below!
