A Casual StrollThat is exactly what you will not be doing on today's weekly Hump Day. Pick it up today by combining your ruck march with 60/120's. Run for one minute, walk for one minute and 30 seconds. You should do this for about 2 miles, but if you are capable of doing more, get at it! For today's ruck you should also use less weight, preferably between 20 and 30 pounds. How have your previous ruck marches been?
