Jump Right In You may recall in one of my recent WOD's that I spoke about the need to often thrust yourself into things that may, at the moment, seem impossible to do. It is true that sometimes the best way to start doing and learning something is to jump right into it. Fitness is certainly a part of this category. But really, Chicago, you had to jump right into the fall temperatures? Last week Grunt Style's home enjoyed great weather with temps in the 70's and 80's. This week it's been 65 at the most. Don't get me wrong this weather can be quite enjoyable, but a little heads up would have been nice. I've decided to follow in the Chicago weather's foot steps and throw you guys into an intense workout, fresh off the weekend. After all, what better way to get your metabolism speeding like a freight train than some intense PT first thing on Monday morning? These exercises require a lot of jumping so make sure you're shoes are tight and your head's on straight. Perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest in between circuits. 25 Jumping Jacks25 Squat Jumps25 Mountain Climbers25 Lunge Jumps
