Make It HurtA familiar phrase in world of fitness is "No Pain, No Gain". This is true to a certain extent. Of course if you are doing something and it physically is causing you pain, you should stop immediately and reassess what you are doing. The pain which is spoken of should come from deep within your muscle tissues- the tearing required to repair and build upon to create new, lean muscle. So if you're up this morning and find your workout is easy, then make it harder. If you are up this morning and find your workout doesn't push yourself to your limits, then you're wrong. Get up, grab some motivation, DO PT, and please, people, Make It Hurt. Perform this circuit 5 times with no more than 30 seconds of rest in between sets. Unless that doesn't hurt enough. Then do more.25 Dive Bombers25 Bicycle Kicks25 Shoulder Shrugs25 Supermans
