You go to bed later than you should, get your 8 hours, head to work, then call it a day. Tell me, please, why you can't go to bed an hour early and get up an hour early to do pt and better yourself? You don't have a good reason. You have a sorry excuse. Or heck, maybe you don't. Maybe you're reading this BECAUSE you got up early to get in a good workout to start your day.
