Wishes Are WorthlessUnless your a child under the age of 15 on his or her birthday, you're gonna have to do more than wish to see the results you want. You don't get what you wish for, you get what you work for. If you want to be the best version of yourself, get up and push yourself to new heights and never take no for an answer. Perform Clock Push Ups. Go for 24 "hours", and don't get up unless you truly need to, in which you can take a break for 30 seconds.
