Against All EnemiesNot all enemies are created equal. You walk into the gym and immediately think you see your gym nemesis. He is the better version of yourself, bigger, leaner, all that you aim to be. But turn around and look in the mirror, and you will see your true enemy: yourself. The human body is capable of amazing things. You CAN have the body that you want. The only thing that is stopping you is yourself, that little voice inside your head telling you to give up, quit, save the pain for another day. It's time you step up the the plate and tell that voice to eat shit. You know what you want, now go get it. Do 500 supine bicycles, do so without stopping if you can, but if need be take a 30 second break when necessary. Remember, when it starts to hurt, it starts to work. DO PT!
