Who You ArePeople often complain about the hard times they have endured in the past. While speaking about those hard times during conversations about the past may be acceptable, I would hardly say complaining about them is. We are who we are because of the hard times we have had to endure and overcome over the years. Instead of complaining about them, be thankful that you made it through and have become stronger than you ever were. Today's WOD will be a testament to those hard times, as we revisit our Burpee Challenge. Perform 500 Burpees in an hour. That's just over 8 per minute. Overcome this challenge and come out on top. DO PT!
