Day By DayYes, with each passing week we want to see results from our fitness program and want to get better with each passing workout. But not every workout is going to be your best workout. Some days you may be too sore, maybe you're sick or just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. That's fine, but it's not an excuse to miss a workout all together. Take each workout day by day, even if you have to lower the intensity, and you will continue to grow and see results. For today's Challenge Day, do a wall sit for 5 minutes. Yes, you read that correctly, 5 minutes! And for every time you have to take a break, tack on an additional minute. Good Luck!
