Get UpWhy would you not want to do PT this morning? There really is no excuse. If you're laying in bed reading this, get up and get ready. If you're lounging around the house this early because you can't sleep, get ready. As long as you have a life to live, you deserve nothing but the best for yourself. The foundation for this better you starts with a healthy and active lifestyle. If you can do it, then you should. Get up and DO PT! For today's challenge day you should will do a split of Wall Sits and Planks. Start by doing a Wall Sit for as long as you can. Once you cannot do it any longer, go directly into a Plank, and do the same thing. You should repeat this process for 2o minutes! You know you can do it. Do you have what it takes?
