We are two weeks into the new year and we're certain that many people are still enduring the massive crowds of people frequenting their gym/fitness center/athletic club. Among the crowd, there are people who have never once stepped foot in the gym. How do we know? We watch the videos on Facebook of people making the most basic exercise into an act from Cirque du Soleil. Is it entertaining? Yes. Have we laughed? Yes. After a chuckle though we usually try to go over and help that person out.We're not going to lie to you like we don't laugh at what's going on or that we're some holier than thou hipsters virtue signaling our asses off. We'd just like to say this as someone who dabbled in the career field of personal training before coming here,

At least they are f***ing trying!

See, everyone has to start somewhere, whether it's fitness or it's coding. Whenever one embarks on the arduous venture of bettering themselves, there are bound to be errors, there are bound to be actions which by the professional look foolhardy and utterly ridiculous. To the amateur, they're just trying to find their way, they sure could use someone to help guide them and maybe then, together, they can laugh at the mistakes of the past.
