Rise To GloryYou can analyze the title in many different ways, but they will all have one thing in common: no one is born the best version of themselves. Sure, everyone has their own traits that make them special, and so on. But you will never be the best you until you put forth the effort to get there. Have your clothes ready, make your pre workout, set your alarm for 0515, and Rise To Glory. Today's Challenge Day calls for 100 Hand Stand Push Ups. Get yourself into a handstand against a wall, lower your entire body until your elbows are at a 90 degree angle, then push yourself back to the starting position. Have someone help you into the starting position if need be. Don't say you cannot do this. You know you can.
