What You Do NowI love when I'm speaking to someone about fitness and their goals. Often after they talk about where they want to be and how they want to get there. Then it's followed by "Yeah I think I'll start on Monday". Well, that would be great, if today was Sunday. But it's not. It's Tuesday, and Monday is another 6 days away. We aren't defined by what we do in the future. Rather, we are defined by what we do now, and now, we are gonna do some soul crushing PT, and love every damn second of it. Next time someone tells you they want to start on Monday, show them why they should start right now. Today's challenge day calls for Leap Frogs: 250 of them. This is a great exercise to perform with a battle buddy, however a solid inanimate object will do as well, such as a small chair or preferably an exercise box. DO PT!
