Challenge YourselfYou can be anything you want to be. If you want to be an average joe who sits on the couch after work and doesn't improve upon himself, keep doing what you're doing. If you want to be all you can, and want to be, you can start by challenging yourself and never taking no for an answer. If you've got what it takes, take yourself on a nice long bike ride. You can choose the distance. Just make sure you stop every half mile to do 50 push ups and sit ups. If you don't have what it takes, you can close this now and continue to sit on your ass. Your choice. DO PT!
