A Different Kind Of ChallengeAs you may have noticed, every Tuesday and Thursday we have Challenge day, generally consisting of an outside-the-box, challenging exercise, and of course for tons of reps. But today, the Challenge is up to you. This morning for PT, think of something creative, fun, and challenging to get your heart rate up and sweat pooring out of your body. This could be in the form of a new exercise, a crazy circuit we haven't thought of yet, or, my favorite (and daily routine), a trip to the gym to truly work your muscles down to the last fiber.
